This seems like a race condition in the test. The missing page has been created and then deleted at the time the test has been running: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Malook_Nagar_(_Politician_)&action="">

we cannnot expect the following assertion to be True when pages are being created and deleted at the time the test is running:

def test_intersect_newpages_twice(self):
    """Test newpages intersection."""
    site = self.get_site()
    self.assertEqualItertools(
        [pagegenerators.NewpagesPageGenerator(site=site, total=10),
         pagegenerators.NewpagesPageGenerator(site=site, total=10)])
