The update to Docutils 0.23 includes changes that may affect existing consumers, so it would be good to verify the impact on dependent ports. I have prepared the update to Docutils 0.23 and will perform local poudriere testing of the port itself, www/py-pelican, and a selection of reverse dependencies. I am also requesting an exp-run to help identify any wider compatibility issues across the ports tree.
