Is there any objection to someone just submitting a port for
lang/python312-standalone version with a warnings that:
- ensurepip must be invoked to gain access to dependencies
- nothing is plugged into the rest of the python ports machinery
- the user is well and truly on their own
We can deprecate the standalone port when lang/python312 is done.
