Proposed PEP517 switch (apply via git am) v.2
No need for unzip or cython3 (this does not even remotely use either).
do-install also duplicates the default intended behaviour for
USE_PYTHON=pep517. I have a much simpler version of this that has been
dogfooded for quite a while now.
