When I portmaster the port, it stops, complaining

pkg-static: py38-requests-cache93-0.9.3 conflicts with
py38-requests-cache-0.9.4 (installs files into the same place).  Problematic
file: /usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/requests_cache/__init__.py

do I need to downgrade the port entirely?
