Hi Sebastian So you're doing some kind of network analysis? Tell us more (just out of interest, or tell me more off-list).
All I can suggest is http://gitorious.org/projects/graphine/pages/Home, that is just from searching, haven't tried it myself. I've often found with graphing that it is quicker and easier just to write it myself, but I can be a bit stubborn. If it works, let me know.
