pychromecast depends on python-zeroconf, the Python 2 version of the
zeroconf module, which is no longer supported in the new upstream version
0.20.0 (python3-zeroconf remains supported). Python 2 will reach EOL
for security support during the expected lifetime of Debian 10 'buster',
so Python 3 is strongly preferred.
Note that this cannot be done until mkchromecast switches to Python 3
(#894804), otherwise it would make mkchromecast uninstallable.
