At upgrade time from Wheezy to Jessie I get a conflict:
dpkg: error processing archive
/var/cache/apt/archives/libqscintilla2-l10n_2.8.4+dfsg-1_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/qt4/translations/qscintilla_de.qm', which is
also in package libqscintilla2-5 2.4.3-1
Errors were encountered while processing:

Would you mind to fix the Conflicts in debian/control?

I'm not sure how you got into this situation exactly, but libqscintilla2-5 is
not in Wheezy. It's an older (Squeeze, I think) version of the package.
Wheezy has libqscintilla2-8 for which proper Breaks/Replaces are in place.
Upgrading from the Squeeze version of the package directly to the Jessie
version is not supported, so it wouldn't be appropriate to add those.
