These test failures are caused by sqlite3 3.10.0-1 being built with the SQLITE_LIKE_DOESNT_MATCH_BLOBS compile-time option activated, which breaks startswith/endswith on blob columns. I've opened an issue upstream to deal with this, and hope to resolve it there shortly.
