Builds of blist in minimal environments (as on the autobuilders) have been failing: blist/_blist.c:38:20: fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory Please substitute python(3)-all-dev for python(3)-all in Build-Depends to account for the fact that blist builds a binary extension, not just a module.
