Yes, that's my only mistake. Though of course it's a fundamental problem with non-DD packages: I've made a package I find ready for uploading, I've built and deployed it locally, I've published the changes, I've used some method to notify potential sponsors and I don't have any motivation to spend any more effort to get it uploaded.
