You only need to look at the quantity of Xah's threads to see how popular they are (even if you filter out the "you're in my kill file", or "plonk" style spam that some people feel the need to post)
2) Xah cross posted the posts to several newsgroups he has an interest in. Now this second point should be the only factor for reporting him to his ISP.
