This is not completely true. IronPython is developed by the IronPython team in Microsoft, not only by Jim Hugunin. From the IronPython mailing list, at least following Microsoft employees are working on IronPython: Jim Hugunin, Dino Viehland, Martin Maly, Haibo Luo.
