They were discussing _why_ the XML module you were trying to use wasn't working. That you were unable to see the relevance - and are unable to see that I'm offering constructive advice here for obtaining such info - could have a lot to do with why noone is rushing to offer you with any further assistance. So yes, I'm a jerk for pointing out there your eagerness combined with your ignorance is causing you issues here.
