And again, they HAVE been convicted of crimes, plural, and not just in one court, but in multiple, in the US, Japan, Europe, and in civil suits in front of juries. Apologists for Microsoft like David Schwartz seem to be taking a three-prong argument: "They haven't done the things you say, and even if they have, they aren't illegal, and even if they are illegal, they shouldn't be."
