Good afternoon,

I am unable to open Python 3 after downloading. For context, I uninstalled it due to not

Please be advised that there are many download sources, and several operating systems which will run Python. Please provide more precise information, including what is visible in the Download folder "after downloading", and which command(s) are being used to "open and run Python 3".

Assuming MS-Windows, please review the documentation at: https://docs.python.org/3/using/windows.html
(or navigate from there to appropriate advice)
