That is exactly what it does say, which is correct.

The problem string is "win32".
No. 'win32' is a historical artifact.
You should be able to open a terminal
Window and execute "uname -r".
Not on Windows. Please don't spew misleading garbage that will only
confuse the new user on a different operating system.
