Did you read the page at https://tinyurl.com/y3dm3h86? Basically, it's a known bug. Use numpy 1.19.3 instead of numpy 1.19.4: py -m pip uninstall numpy py -m pip install numpy==1.19.3 -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
