He once did, for one part of it. The problem he ran into was that he was the only person who thought his version was an improvement. He knows what constitutes good writing - or at least he knows how to quote rules that produce good writing. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to be able to follow them. On top of it, his writings are typically strewn with errors.
