(a) By default if you're using a user install, Python is installed to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Python. (b) This list is text-only, so the screenshot didn't appear - I'm therefore only guessing what your issue is here. (c) Does the command py -V work? That should run Python and give the version number. (d) If you did a default install, Python is not added to your user PATH so you need to use the "py" launcher as I showed in (c) above. If you want Python adding to PATH, you need to specify that when installing (or manually add it to your PATH afterwards).
