BUT from inside my script i do NOT call listall at all, so how can it miss an argument?
Follow the traceback. The error occurred when executing "func(*a, *ka)" in bottle.py. Clearly, at that time, func = listall, a = [], and ka = {}. To see why this is so, work back up the stack.
