Faced with this I would use the debugger to break on the py_send line and then step into that function, and then step through it, e.g.: python -m pdb your_script.py b 8 [ or whatever the py_send line is) c [to continue to the BP) s [to step into py_send] then step through the function and something more informative may be revealed. -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
