and how about adding "IF" into the mix ? as in :
a=0 dict= {10: ['a',1,'c'], 20: ['d',2,'f']} for i in dict: p+= 10 if dict[i][1] in [1,2,3,4,5] else 0 can i "squish" "for" and "if" together ? or will it be too perl-ish ?
