You likely won't have a 'gmail-python-quickstart.json' file if you didn't download one from Google APIs. Download it in substep 'g' (Download JSON) in the "Step 1: Turn on the Gmail API" instructions. (But you have to do substeps 'a' thru 'f' first.)
