Exactly HOW are you running this? If you are getting a popup, I suspect you are using an on-line version in a browser. To get the proper Python error messages (called Tracebacks) you MUST run the program in a terminal on your own computer. These tracebacks are VERY informative (once you get used to them). :-) And these tracebacks are what WE need to see to help you.
