Thanks. I am interested in eventually doing that, but it seems that learning how to do it on a local console first would be to my advantage... especially during initial testing stages. fwiw, this project is to transfer (actually re-create) a basic program that I wrote for a Tandy Model 100 portable back in the early 80's to control ceramic kilns which get to over 2,000 degrees F.
