Tried to install thouse packages and i'm getting the error: scipy-0.17.0-cp35-none-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform. i've also tried it with the versions: scipy-0.17.0-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform. scipy-0.17.0-cp34-none-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
