I failed to install the package of scipy on Python2.7(win64). 1. I tried the direct way that use cmd--pip install scripy. The result shows that it failed with error code 1 in c:\tyk\appdata\local\temp\pip-build-an9fye\scipy\.
2. I tried to install in another way. I download the scipy-0.17.0-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl from Unofficial Windows Binaries for Python Extension Packages. And use cmd to install that in the Scripts direction, but still failed.(I have installed the package wheel already). The result shows that scipy-0.17.0-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform. Would someone provide a pointer?
