Step 1: do some research. Read throught the past postings still available on your newssource for threads on your topic. And/or, use Google's newsgroup archive and search facility to do the same. There have been lots of discussions of web application frameworks, some in the last couple of weeks. Step 2: ask a specific question that has an answer and whose answer would be useful to you.
