Is this Windows XP? If so, you'll need to get a better operating system - either a newer version of Windows (7, 8, 10), or something Unix-based (Linux, *BSD, Mac OS). Windows XP doesn't support Python 3.5, and vice versa. ChrisA -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
