Ah! That would do it, yes. (Incidentally, 'pip install ebscopy' would be how I'd do it.) I think this is something that would merit reporting upstream. Neither datetime nor logging is needed in any even half-way recent Python; removing them would prevent your issue, and I doubt it'll cause problems on any supported version of Python.
