It's based on Twisted library. Unlike the default python ESL library that comes with FreeSWITCH, this library is designed to handle high volume of concurrent calls with an easy to use API. PySWITCH currently supports extensive set of FreeSWITCH API and dialplan commands. You need to be familiar with Twisted library inorder use this.
