Probably. Have you googled for "selinux log file"? We're not experts on SELinux, this is a Python mailing list, not a specialist SELinux one, so most of us here would have to google for information of SELinux in order to answer. What happens if you try to just download the python file instead of run it? Do you still get a 404?
