No. You did that, when you said base 429496729. Representing the symbols in a computer is no problem, any Python long int can do that. To display the symbols, you can use PIL to make up glyphs out of coloured pixels 864x864. You can keep your glyphs in GIFs. Where you keep them is up to you.
