not quite sure what you mean.. python uses 'list' instead of the C/C++ array data type. there are __builtin__ and builtins module in 2.7 and 3.2 and a 'array' module. make install, copies files into the system dir-tree but you can run the interpreter from the build-dir and it should work. -- https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
