Moreover, dev3.5 version of the docs are also saying that they are not supported, so I think they are not planning to supports those features on Windows anytime soon. In that case, should I make a bug report on docs that it should be mentioned on example that this feature is not supported on Windows. As for the feature request, I think there is a good reason that they didn't include it already.
