Since you're on OS X have a look at Exedore, it's paid but very cheap. It aims at providing a beautiful interface, I fetched the free trial a couple days ago and the job so far is impressively neat.
I'm not related to the project, I just found it by accident and want to give Cocoa-credit where credit is due.
