Well, not *exactly*, but: If today happens to be Wednesday, and an event occurred last Friday, I might say "a week ago Friday." Similarly, today, I could also say "it'll be two years at my new job next month." For an event that occurred approximately 310 days ago, I might say "less than a year ago," and for an event that occurred approximately 350 days ago, I might say "a little less than a year ago."
