Yes, anyone who reads the answer that was given the first time you asked this question will be able to explain why this is happening. The answer hasn't changed from the first time you asked, or the second time, or the third time. And it will remain the same answer the next time you ask. You can ask this question ten times, a hundred times, a thousand times, and the answer will not change. Go back and read the responses from the first time you asked. That was only a few weeks back. Read them. If you don't understand the answer, feel free to point out which part of the answer you don't understand.
