I suspect you read "CFAA" (Computer Fraud & Abuse Act) and thought "DMCA" (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), as there have been a number of prosecutions under the CFAA (including the whole Aaron Swartz ordeal) for nebulous "exceeding authorization". -tkc -- http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
