The latest version is lxml 2.3.1, released 2011-09-25,
1.download it
2.extract it ,put it in the /home/user/Python-3.2.2/libxml2-2.7.8
3.cd /home/user/Python-3.2.2/libxml2-2.7.8
4. ./configure
5.make
6.sudo make install
Not libxml2. lxml.
when i finished
~$ python3.2
Python 3.2.2 (default, Oct 24 2011, 10:33:35)
[GCC 4.5.2] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in<module>
ImportError: No module named lxml
there is still the problem!!
You can get a binary build for Windows from PyPI:
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/lxml/2.3
