Sorry! It used to have. But as it did not work, with the same error message, it could not find E:\wwwroot, I changed it into \Webdav. Ofcourse, in the command line as well. Later on I left the D specification out in the command line. Perhaps another drive letter might cause the problem, so in this case I kept it on the same partition. But I still got the same error.
