Except for some of us. I tried to make a correction to a chemistry Wikipedia entry several months back. I received a message saying that a series of IP addresses which happen to include the one that my ISP assigned me had been blocked, due to hacking problems. Wikipedia provided a link to contact a real human being to request that an address be unblocked.
