Pexpect 2.4 is only available at Pypi. Both the homepage of pexpect(http://www.noah.org/wiki/Pexpect) and download page (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pexpect/files/) are outdated. The repository on Github (http://github.com/noahspurrier/pexpect/) has been removed.
