PROBLEM I've just bought a second hand MP160,which I only intended to used as a scanner.I can't get the scanner to operate due to an E5 error on the display,and a 2,114,0 error which appears as a pop-up when I attempt to scan.Although empty,the cartridges are of the correct type and are seated properly.When I remove the cartridges completely the error codes do not change.Is an empty cartridge enough to cause this issue?
