I read an interview with Guido at http://www.techworld.com.au/article/255835/a-z_programming_languages_python and that's very interesting.
In that article, he said "there are also a lot of modules that aren't particularly well thought-out, or serve only a very small specialized audience, or don't work well with other modules."
