Help, I'm addicted to porn. I've been downloading porn online and

my life and ruining everything.. I even missed days from work because
of this addiction.
I'm going to the porn as a way to avoid unwanted feelings or
procrastination and then it just takes over.
What can I do to end this horrible addiction?
