Hi, I've noticed strange behaviour where cx_Oracle will fail to load when using "python" but it will succeed when using "python -v" while throwing "Unsatisfied code symbol" errors. I don't really understand why using python -v results in such a different in behaviour since as far as I know, it's just a verbose option. Any help would be appreciated in figuring this out so I can hopefully apply that knowledge in importing cx_Oracle without using the -v option.
