AFAIK pocoo is one good choice but it lacks alot of primitive functionalities like image attachments or calendar let alone the advanced features (WYSUWYG editor or the user selectable themes). There are also some projects like CCQ and tBoard which i don't recall they saw the light. to be honest BB systems in python are not so common as in php or perl & i don't really know the reason!
