What are your recommendations for a UML modeling tool with these requirements (or something that comes close):
- low learning curve, easy to use, good performance, high quality
- runs on Linux(FC3) and Win(XP) - or JVM
- low in price <$500
- can export/print images in various formats including HTML
- can round trip with Python (and C/C++) code
- well recommended by other users
